Prep Time: 30 minutes
- 1 packet of pistachio pudding mix
- 1 tub of thawed Cool Whip
- 1 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1 jar of maraschino cherries (optional)
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the pudding mix and the crushed pineapple until completely mixed.
With your walnuts, place them on a cutting board until chopped to desired size. Mix in your walnuts into the mixing bowl.
With a silicone spatula, fold in your Cool Whip until completely incorporated. Once incorporated, fold in your marshmallows.
To serve, you can add the cherry for a more festive look or serve without.
This recipe is good for Thanksgiving, holiday parties and is pretty good for breakfast the next day.
