“Most of the time students tend to like giving blood to The Blood Connection because they give blood to local hospitals and students can get monetary gain,” said Med & Health Program Consultant at Student Health Services, Jaelyn Wynn.

The Blood Connection gives blood to more than 50 North Carolina hospitals. One blood donation can save up to three lives. Donors receive a gift card through their emails, the donors have an option to choose what type of gift card they would want from a link that is provided in the email.
