The Braves Wrestling team starts the season with an in-team wrestling preview on October 20. Getting ready for their first match against the NC State Wolfpack on November 14.

“These guys have not had a full pre-season training in over a year so having a full pre-season training and having them healthy and through the season is one of the biggest things I think is going for us right now,” Othello Johnson, the wrestling team coach said.

Johnson mentions Nick Daggett who was runner-up at Nationals. “Nick didn’t enjoy the way the season finished runner-up, now he’s back to right that wrong.”

Johnson seems confident with everyone on the roster. “We’re excited to have a full season, to be able to kind of just clean things up as the year goes on,” said Johnson.
