Now that the 2019 NFL draft is officially over and there were many prospects with high round grades that fell the third day who could prove to be day three steals and others that were expected to get taken on day two. Here are some of the best value picks from rounds two and three on the offensive side of the ball:

Hakeem Butler to the Cardinals at 103: Arizona got arguably the biggest steal of the entire draft when they selected the big-bodied receiver with first-round talent and outstanding run after catch ability with the first pick of day three out of Iowa State.

Ryan Finely to the Bengals at 104: Cincinnati may have just found their future franchise quarterback out of N.C. State who many thought would’ve gone on day two. Since current starter Andy Dalton has no more guaranteed money left on his contract and new head coach Zac Taylor isn’t tied to him.

Bryce Love to the Redskins at 112: Washington landed an elite talent who would’ve been a first-round pick had he came out of Stanford after his sensational 2017 season but an injury-riddled 2018 campaign that ended with a torn ACL caused him to tumble down board this year. If he regains his Heisman finalist form, he will form a dangerous one-two combo with Derrius Guice, who the team took in the second round last year and is coming off a torn ACL himself.

Justice Hill to the Ravens at 113: It is no secret that Baltimore will be running the ball a lot come fall and for the foreseeable future with the electrifying Lamar Jackson under center. While they already have a stable of Mack truck running backs with Gus Edwards, Kenneth Dixon, and the newly acquired Mark Ingram, they now have the speedy back out of Oklahoma State that can break off long runs but also can run tough between the tackles.

Jarrett Stidham to the Patriots at 133: A lot of experts have been raving about the Auburn quarterback throughout the pre-draft process because of his impressive intangibles as well as his underrated mobility inside and outside of the pocket. While he was expected to come off the board in the middle rounds, if the ageless Tom Brady can’t fend off father time for the next four year, the reigning Superbowl champions might have just landed his heir apparent in the bottom of the fourth round.

Ryquell Armstead to the Jaguars at 140: If Leonard Fournette, who the team took with the fourth overall pick in the 2017 draft, can’t get himself together off the field and stay on the field, he could be replaced by the power back out of Temple.

KeeSean Johnson to the Cardinals at 174: Arizona will field one of the most dangerous young offenses in the league in the coming years now that they have surrounded first overall pick Kyler Murray with another dynamic young receiver that fell to them at the top of another round out of Fresno State in the sixth.

Trayveon Williams to the Bengals at 182: While he was expected to be a late day two too early day three pick, he lasted until the sixth round where Cincinnati scooped up the most productive running back the best conference in college football last year out of Texas A&M to add to talented backfield that already features Joe Mixon and Giovani Bernard.

Kelvin Harmon to the Redskins at 206: It is crazy that the former member of N.C. State Wolfpack who was once viewed as a possible first-round selection fell all the way to the sixth round where Washington took him. He’ll assuredly have a massive chip on his shoulder and will look to make the other 31 teams that passed on him for five rounds regret that decision.

Rodney Anderson to the Bengals at 211: After taking Williams at the top of the 33 picks earlier Cincinnati double up on dual-threat running backs with game-breaking potential when they elected to take former Oklahoma Sooner Ryan Anderson who when health is as dangerous as any back in this draft if not more so.

Mike Weber to the Cowboys at 219: Dallas went back to the Ohio State running back well in the seventh round to select the north-south runner that excels at running between the tackles like his fellow Buckeye that he will be backing up in All-Pro Ezekiel Elliot.

Isaac Nauta to the Lions at 224: After Detroit used their first-round pick on Thursday on the top tight end in the draft, they followed that up in the final round of the draft by taking one of the better pass-catching prospects at the position out of Georgia to complement TJ Hockenson and provide Matthew Stafford with another big bodied target to attack the seam of defenses.

Dillon Mitchell to the Vikings at 139: After he broke out in 2018 and set a single-season receiving record for the Oregon Ducks with 1,184 receiving yards and scored 10 touchdowns, many thought he would go in the late third or somewhere in the fourth round. Minnesota could have found a potential steal in the final round to complement starters, Stefon Diggs and Adam Thielen.
