Pembroke Activities Council hosted PAC After Dark from November 19 to 20 in the UC Annex. The event ran from 9 p.m. to midnight and turned the space into a bright and colorful arcade.
Students walked into a room full of glowing games and loud music. The dancing lighted floor quickly became a favorite spot. Other games included cornhole, lighted ping pong, calcetto, building blocks, lighted mini golf, and a photo station where students posed with friends.

“I love the vibrant colors and the fact there is something for everybody,” said Dakota Hamilton.
“I love the music and the ping pong and the cool designs,” said Sean Harvin.
The back of the room had pizza, chips, and tables where students could sit, eat, and relax. Many students played games, danced to the beat, and hung out with friends. The event had a strong turnout and gave students a fun way to take a break before finals and spend time together ahead of the Thanksgiving break.

PAC After Dark was also a meaningful effort to bring to campus the kind of fun activities students often need transportation to reach. For many students who do not have a way to get off campus, events like this matter. It showed that the university and its organizations want to bring excitement to students and give them things to do right here on campus
The night highlighted UNCP involvement and its commitment to making campus feel like home for its students.
