The attendees were asked to pick a card with each card containing a question revolving around the large topics regarding different stereotypes, behaviors toward and issues dealing with women and hormones.

The question picked then gets openly discussed by anyone willing to speak in the meeting and the crowd was welcoming to every opinion.

Men also attended the meeting and participated in the conversation, sharing the male perspective of the issues discussed.

The feeling in the room was intimate and powerful.

There seemed to be an unspoken bond between the women and men in the room.

There was an immense amount of respect between participants.

The questions fostered many conversations about different issue involving women in society.

Some issues discussed were the double standards between men and women in society including, but not limited to, men and being promiscuous versus women being promiscuous, differences in maternity-leave for fathers and mothers and being an emotional man versus an emotional woman.
