What do you think of this plan to get more students vaccinated? Did you get your $100? What do you plan to do with this unexpected influx of cash?

“I think the plan will help keep the amount of students with COVID down. It will entice more people to get vaccinated. I still have to get my second shot, so I haven’t gotten my $100. I hope to use my money for gas to get to school and to use it for food.” Nate Revels (junior)
“I feel like its beneficial considering that they want all of us vaccinated. I feel like its a win/ win, we get the money and the school gets a higher percentage of students vaccinated. I did receive my $100 and I put it towards more Winter clothes for my son.” Janya Boatwright (senior)
“I think it is very persuasive and It may come off as persuasive but it’s a good way to make sure we keep ourselves and others safe. I did receive my $100 gift card. Right now my plans are to get whatever supplies I need for my apartment. Whatever is left over I will keep it and save it for a rainy day.”

“There are places in Lumberton that are giving out money for vaccinations. If you aren’t driving yourself and someone has to drive you, you get $25 as well. You can bring all that back to get more money from the school” Marcus Montgomery
